This video of RE3 Resident Evil 3 Remake was done using a Virtual Camera Tool by Frans Bouma that lets you Explore anything, anywhere in the game, and do it creatively. The tool basically detaches the character camera from the character (in this case Jill) and move it to wherever you like, create camera moves with it (MOCO), be the Producer and Director.
