Los Angeles psych-punk shapeshifters Frankie and the Witch Fingers brought their decade-honed chaos to Bristol's Strange Brew on May 31st, and Astral Radio was there to capture every sweat-drenched moment.

Fresh from the sewer-slick world of their latest release Trash Classic (Greenway Records/The Reverberation Appreciation Society), the band delivered exactly what they're notorious for - a high-energy performance that blends proto-punk venom with fractured new wave and industrial grime. This marked their debut Bristol show, courtesy of Extra Terrestrial Promotions & Velvet Echoes.

Emerging from the same DIY LA scene that birthed Oh Sees and Ty Segall, Frankie and the Witch Fingers have spent over a decade mutating their sound into bold, electrifying new forms. Their relentless global touring has seen them share stages with OFF!, Ty Segall, Oh Sees, Cheap Trick, and ZZ Top, cementing their reputation as one of the most unforgettable live acts around.

From their early days as "cavern-clawed echo merchants" in Bloomington, IN to their current status as architects of prog-infected psych epics, the band continues to evolve and drag listeners into whatever warped direction their experimental journey takes next.
