Hey Yogis & Welcome 🤎
This is a gentle, juicy feel good practice where we'll stretch & lengthen the entire body!
This practice will begin with some deep conscious breathes to help bring us into our feeling body and out of the thinking mind.
We'll keep things low and slow for this one, spending a good chunk of the practice laying down.
If you've got some tight hamstrings and/or hips, like I currently do, then this practice will surely leave you feeling more spacious and relaxed.
We won't forget about stretching into our upper body as well. We'll move through some sweet, deep stretches for our shoulders and for opening up the chest/pectorals.
So, get yourself comfy, invite your pet to join if you have one and hop on your mat and let's begin. 🙏🏼
