Storm Ciara and the River Tees between the Waterfalls of Low Force and High Force. Teesdale, UK

I shot this handheld footage during Storm Ciara on 9th February 2020 as part of my weather news work. At the time the focus was mainly on still images for print media so the footage is a bit rough. Also the the rain killed the external mike so there is lots of wind noise too. I have included some shots of the river during normal flow to give you some idea of just how much water was flowing.
The River Tees incidentally is in Teesdale, County Durham, Northeast England and this area is part of the North Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
