Our strategic priorities:

1. Delivery of High quality, student-led services
Our students deserve tailored support and activities to enhance their university experience and help them thrive.

2. Telling our story with impact
We want to be a future-facing students’ union that feels relevant and exciting to our members. We want the world to know who we are, what we stand for and the legacy that we have built in Cornwall and around the world.

3. Being a trusted, dynamic partner and employer
Our connections and relationships create a foundation for collaboration and co-creation. With two universities, multiple campuses, and the unique position of Cornwall, we have lots of potential relationships to build and benefit from.

4. Celebrate our achievements with and for our students
We know that what we do is amazing and exceptional and we will be actively seeking external validation that confirms the sector-leading quality of what we do.

5. Being a Catalyst for positive change in Cornwall and beyond
In a challenging time for global politics, it's easy for students to feel disempowered and lose faith in the power of democracy. Student voice is powerful. We want our members to see how their involvement in surveys, campaigns, volunteering, and representation creates change in their community - empowering a generation of people who know how to make change happen.
