Lumpiang shanghai is a Pinoy party staple but you can change it up by experimenting with the filling.
Ingredients:
2 small can Century tuna flakes in vegatable oil
2 pcs Potato , cut into small dice
1 Bell pepper, cut into small dice
1pc Carrot, cut into small dice
Lumpia wrapper
3 cloves Garlic
1 medium Onion
Black pepper
Salt to taste
