Yesterday our speaker with Ladies Beyond Flying was Magali Balayn Lelong,PhD who talked about the fascinating topic of knowledge transfer and how we can leverage technology.
How do you document and explain how you ride a bike was the beginning of the conversation we had with Magali which truly sparked an interest in this topic. The idea is to talk on how to identify, access and leverage this hidden treasure we all have and do not sufficiently recognize and tap on the knowledge we gain through experience. How can we use it as resource not only to face transition but also to face AI disruption? This is some of the topics that will be discussed.
Magali holds a PhD in adult learning and psycho-sociology of the group and has written several publications and a book. She specializes in organisational transformation and the future of work and helps individuals, teams and structures to face transition.
