Brown Niyonsaba is a deaf Volunteer at VSO Rwanda holding a Bachelor’s Degree in IT. Brown formed a group of young Deaf tailors and artists which later grew into United Deaf Women Cooperative. Brown Niyonsaba was trained as a Rwanda Sign Language instructor by the Rwanda National Union of the Deaf. Today, she teaches sexual and reproductive health to over 80 students at Umutara School for the Deaf.
