SOLO GIRL: 4 Days on HIMSAGAR EXPRESS Train Journey from Kashmir to Kanyakumari 🙋♀️ Day 16/101
I am starting my dream train journey on the Himsagar Express, which is one of India’s longest train routes.
This train runs between Sri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra in Kashmir to Kanyakumari, the southern tip of India. It covers about 3,790 kilometres and passes through 12 states with many important railway stations.
Although the train starts from Katra, I am boarding it from Delhi and will travel all the way down to Kanyakumari.
This journey will take around 73 hours, crossing many beautiful places, from mountains to the lush green lands of southern India.
As a solo female traveller, I am excited and proud to do this amazing trip alone. It is a unique experience that I will remember for life.
In this video, I share my first day on the train, enjoying the peaceful journey.
