Promoting Inter-Civilizational Dialogue and Action
The World Economic Forum is organizing the Council of 100 Leaders, a multistakeholder community dedicated to strengthening understanding between the West and the Islamic world.
1) How do the West and the Islamic world differ in their responses to, and understanding of, the challenges of globalization and modernity?
2) What factors prevent and impede dialogue between the West and the Islamic world?
3) How can the Council of 100 Leaders build a bridge to narrow the gap between the two often conflicting worlds and assuage abiding differences?
