Yehliu Geopark is a long, narrow cape jutting out from the north coast. Stretching about 1.7 kilometers from the entrance to the end of the cape, it is vast and dotted with bizarre rock formations. The long coastal terrain has been eroded, abraded, and weathered by the northeast monsoon and tides over a long period of time, gradually forming tofu-shaped rocks, mushroom-shaped rocks, and honeycomb-like rocks. The complex and unique geology allows visitors to find interesting rock shapes such as Fairy Shoes, Queen's Head, Elephant Trunk Rock, Candlestick Rock, and Playful Princess Rock with just a little imagination. The entire trail is designed to be barrier-free, allowing visitors to stroll through and appreciate the wonders of nature.
