The AMC TC EDF Missions (The Pyramid)

As Rusty, we explore the interior of a Cycloid-controlled pyramid, designed by (gulp) Zaxtor. In all seriousness, though the level is still full of the unintuitive and frustrating level design and backtracking we saw in Jungle Base, it's significantly more accessible. The level's got solid aesthetic design, and while there are elements that serve no purpose other than to frustrate (buttons whose functions aren't immediately apparent, trial-and-error based traps, and an annoying bullet sponge boss), it's definitely more enjoyable after multiple playthroughs, whereas elements of Jungle Base frustrate me no matter how many times I play through them. Far from my favorite EDF mission, but a half-decent one to add to the collection. Expect a few more EDF missions this week.
