2025 Brinkley Model Z Air 295 Major Leaks Within 24hrs After Delivery

Major front compartment leakage on my Brand New Brinkley Model Z Air 295 within 24hrs after delivery.
Took delivery around 11 pm on a Saturday. Hooked the truck up that night and moved it about 50 feet by the side of the house the next morning. Clear weather, everything looked good. Rain expected Sunday night. Ran water from the house to the extension reel provided by brinkley. Before running water noticed Brinkley did not connect one of the pump hoses (very glad I caught this, dealer should have spotted it). Ran water through the entire system to make sure all is working. All good. Moved the slides in with rain coming overnight. Next morning (Monday) decide to go check for leaks. Notice the bathroom maxxair fan is leaking to floor. (Brinkley warrantied this new one on the way). Go to the front and notice a large pool of water in the front compartment. Not in this video. Contacted dealer they said bring it in ASAP. Brought it in within the next hour. Don’t hear from them end up calling them throughout the week for updates. Was told the fan was warrantied and part is ordered (shipping 10+ days out). The front compartment they were not able to find the leak but got approval to seal the entire outside on the joints. Another rain storm comes through the next monday. I decide to go check for leaks at the dealer while it has been raining to see if the issues was resolved from caulking. Issue was not fixed by caulking, leaks are still happening. Notified the dealer (they didn’t check they were waiting on parts assuming the caulking worked). Guessing they will take another look and contact Brinkley. My guess is they won’t be able to find it given it wasn’t found the first time and it has to be raining for it to leak (not just a hose). That’s where we are currently. The dealer and service shop has been very very good so far. I don’t blame them for a manufacturing issue created at Brinkley off the assembly line. Really hoping Brinkley can get this figured out quick. My biggest concern is mold at this point. We have a 10 month old and mold is not something to mess around with for him or anyone. My hope is Brinkley will reach out to get this fixed quick or swap me another new camper for this 24hr old camper. Bring this one back to Brinkley and tear the front end off to find your leak. I didn’t think we would be part of the 1% who has a major problem. It is a gorgeous camper and I love the brand and quality of the interior and exterior styling . Just the luck of any human handmade item. It happens. Just make it right and quick.
