On February 20-21, 2018, the Arizona Corporation Commission held six public comment forums to hear outstanding issues, complaints, and input from customers of Johnson Utilities, LLC. The public comment forums provided customers the opportunity to speak directly to all five Commissioners over the two day period. Immediately following the public comment forums, Commmissioners unanimously voted to order an investigation of the Billing and Water Quality Issues of Johnson Utilities, LLC.
