I'm on a delicious mission to conquer all four Kombu Lab menus before they close on 16 August—and I'm nearly there! Three down, one to go. 🥢
In the spirit of culinary adventure, I also ran a little experiment that had me nervously pacing around the kitchen: Air Fryer Crispy Pork Belly paired with Kare-Kare sauce. Thankfully, it turned out amazing—crispy, rich, and totally worth the anxiety.
Speaking of anxiety, I had a mini meltdown when my work badge stopped working that almost caused me one of my Airpods. Classic me. 😂 To recover, I grabbed dinner from Slim's Burger and squeezed in a quick meal prep session.
