I got to cox a women's youth 4+ on Saturday at the Philidelphia Youth Regatta! Great Job Ladies! You all crushed it!!!!
We had less than a week of practice time in this boat but we gave it our all!!!
I've been trying to learn how to speak with the rhythm of the boat to help myself improve and I think that from 1:45 - 2:15 and 4:40 -5:10, I did a bit better on this than the rest of the race.
