How about try a new and fun way to eat your eggs ?
Cooking temperature/heat plays a big role in this recipe.
Every stove is a little bit different, so find your perfect setting ..... basically, cook slow with lower temperature.....try not "burn".
You could put on "High" for last 30 seconds or so for a darker finish.
Don't forget Heat pan "while" beating eggs.
