This song is originally by Ali Farka Touré and Toumani Diabaté, appearing on their 2010 album ‘Ali and Toumani.’ The tune was then arranged for solo guitar by Derek Gripper. My version of this song is based on Derek’s tabs, and includes original layers of drums, bass, and keys. This song appears on the EP ‘Arboreals.’
This video was filmed and edited by Ian Henderson, and features Griffin Dahl and Jonah Amadeo. We filmed the footage in northern New Jersey.
