2️⃣ Types of Annadoṣa (Contamination in Food)
Jāti-doṣa: The inherent defect of certain foods (e.g., onion, garlic, mushrooms), which are considered tamasic (ignorance-inducing).
Kraya-doṣa: The defect arising from purchasing food from unethical or spiritually impure sources.
Pākadoṣa: The defect in the method of preparation (e.g., cooked by a non-devotee or in an impure environment).

Eating impure food affects the mind, making it difficult to focus on chanting (japa) and devotional service.

Follow a sattvic (pure) diet, avoiding foods that cloud the mind and heart.
