This vlog starts with a heartwarming update from my country home, where we’ve made great progress — windows are now installed, and it’s such a joy to see our maize and beans thriving beautifully 🌱. Watching the farm grow is always rewarding, and I’m grateful for every milestone.
Back in the city, the Christmas mood is in full swing 🎄. I team up with my friends for a festive getaway to Tigoni, Limuru, hoping to escape the hustle and explore some of the best restaurants around. What starts as a foodie escapade quickly turns into a wild goose chase, and eventually we settle for dinner at the nearest restaurant to our hotel. As expected during Christmas, we enjoy some classic nyama choma — simple, delicious, and very Kenyan 🇰🇪.
The night, however, doesn’t go quite as planned. Our hotel is close to a club, and the music goes on late into the night, making it hard to get proper rest 😅.
On 26th December, we’re back on the road, this time heading to a family gathering in Kijabe. Along the way, we stop at a scenic viewpoint to take pictures and soak in the beautiful landscapes. We finally arrive and spend the day enjoying quality time, laughter, and memories with family — the perfect way to wrap up the holiday.
