UltraClear Laser by Acclaro Medical
UltraClear delivers “cold fractional ablation and dialed-in coagulation” at the same time and at the same location. What this means is that less heat is put into the skin with this treatment than with many other resurfacing lasers in the marketplace currently therefore minimising complications and risks associated with normal resurfacing lasers.
UltraClear Laser is depositing less thermal energy which usually causes PIH. As a comparison CO2 laser emission, 40% of the energy ablates and 60% is unwanted thermal energy.
