Tender Heart | Soft Handpan Music for Emotional Release (2 hours) | Changeofcolours

This might be my most intimate session I've shared with you yet. This piece is a journey where I explore all the emotions my heart was holding in that moment. It felt honest, raw, vulnerable... Being in this quiet space allowed me to go very deep, just me, the handpan and my fingers dancing on this instrument, while it acts as my vessel for expression... Sometimes it's not the time for words. Sometimes expressing through sound can feel even more deep and honest.

I was waiting for inspiration for a while now. I don't try to force it. And in another moment it just happens, because life is always moving and emotions arise.

Grief comes in waves. It is love. It comes from the same place and if you allow it to soften your heart and being, instead of hardening it, it becomes something very beautiful.

Turning emotions into music & art will always be something that I crave. Showing how close happiness and sadness are, two sides of the same coin. That it's possible to hold it all. The biggest transformation can happen exactly in these moments.

May this handpan journey guide you gently through your inner world. All is allowed to be there. May you feel held, safe and protected. Always.
