This Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement lesson explores breath placement by using the see-saw breathing technique in various different positions, releasing muscles of the torso and expanding the capacity of the ribs and belly to coordinate deeper breathing. At the same time, participants will learn greater control over the diaphragm and gain increased body awareness.
Suitable for seniors, those new to exercise, and athletes wanting to increase breath capacity.
