You do not need a splitter cable. Just your Macbook, your headphones and DDJ-200 are all you need to do DJing anywhere you want.
For Windows, you will need to use a driver called ASIO4ALL. Once you choose ASIO4ALL as the audio output in rekordbox preference, you should be able to find ASIO4ALL icon in the tray bar where you can configure sound output.
