Ancient Gears Grind up the Duelist Cup March 2025--Master Duel

Maze of the Master released in the TCG and with it came the long awaited Ancient Gear statue! A real key for the deck. So I decided while I waited to get my copies I would dust off the deck and practice it with the new meta. It still did surprisingly well. There are a few things I could do to cut the deck down but I wanted to leave more ancient gear bodies in it. You could remove the dragon, and reactor dragon if you want, and maybe a couple other things but I keep them in for fun.

The only deck that always gave consistent trouble was Kashtira since Forbidden droplet doesn't work vs Ariseheart. Yubel can be a little bit of trouble but there are ways around it. I didn't have any in the event that were yubel so it was interesting to see that. Mostly fiendsmith azamina stuff so a repeat of the last event.

Definitely a great going 2nd deck.
