【Close to You】 play Ukulele a la Reneé Dominique - Ukulele Tutorial & Play Along w/ Lyrics & Chords

Reneé Dominique, a young YouTube ukulele star from the Philippines, covers "(They Long to Be) Close to You" wonderfully in her video.
While most of us cannot sing like Reneé Dominique, perhaps we can learn to play Ukulele like her. I watched her video many times to find out how she plays this song with Ukulele. And I decided to make a video to show how we can play Ukulele like her.

First part of the video is the tutorial. I first explain the chords Reneé uses for the song. Then I explain her playing patterns and variation. The tutorial demonstrates the methods in detail with videos and animated diagrams, making it easy to understand and follow.

Second part of the video is playing example (cover). I play & sing the song, using the playing method I explained in the tutorial. The song cover accompanies with lyrics and chord diagrams in timely manner so it works as "Play Along" for practice.

As I'm not a good singer, my singing voice is processed with software. I appreciate your understanding.

"(They Long to Be) Close to You" was written by Burt Bacharach and Hal David. The most famous version is by The Carpenters, released in 1970.
