There seem to be a little confusion as to when it works to Tone hair and when you need to apply bleach and color in order to get your desired tone and level, So I made this video using my hair color swatches to explain the process and when to do what. I explain how toners don't work on orange hair and only on blonde hair which is only slightly brassy. I explain the levels if the hair for better understanding if what you need to do.
