I'm trying out Vendefoul Wolf Linux Ice windows manager on a Hyper V VM with minimal resources and discuss installing setup and overall user experience along with few localization or translation issues for applications shipped with this distribution.
In short, it's quick, efficient but GUI can be overwhelming for noobs as this distribution is aimed at low resource usage in low end computers.
Thanks to @Lunduke for bringing up the news of Denuvan based distribution with Ice WM Without systemd dependencies.
