Fixing a 1974 Computer Terminal (Part 1)

This terminal from an unknown maker is really cool! No microprocessor - just row after row of chips! Unfortunately it also had a few chips taken out of it courtesy of you-know-who. So, time to get to work piecing it back together. Dare I power it up?
