Stuffed Eggplant Pickles — Real Village Life! 🍆🌾
Watch as I prepare traditional stuffed eggplant pickles using these simple ingredients:
1 kg small eggplants
½ kg fresh herbs (tarragon, mint, parsley, savory)
4 garlic cloves
3 hot green peppers
2 carrots
Vinegar as needed
Salt & black pepper to taste
½ tsp turmeric
