Christmas no-bake chocolate dessert in 5 minutes!
No oven, no eggs, no flour — this easy holiday dessert is rich, creamy and perfect for Christmas and New Year. A simple cookie chocolate cake that always works and looks beautiful with candles on the table 🕯️🎄
🧾 Ingredients:
Cookies (plain or tea biscuits) — 500 g
Walnuts — 100 g
Sugar — 120 g
Cocoa powder — 60 g
Milk — 250 ml
Vanilla sugar — 1 tsp
Butter — 150 g
🍫 Chocolate Glaze:
Dark chocolate — 80 g
Milk chocolate — 80 g
Vegetable oil — 40 ml
👩🍳 How to Make:
1. Break the cookies into small pieces. Chop the walnuts and mix them together.
2. In a saucepan, combine milk, sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla sugar. Heat gently, stirring constantly, until smooth. Bring to a light boil.
3. Add the butter and stir until fully melted.
4. Pour the hot chocolate mixture over the cookies and walnuts. Mix well.
5. Press the mixture into a mold or shape it into a log using parchment paper.
6. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
7. Melt the chocolate add the vegetable oil, and mix until smooth.
8. Pour the glaze over the dessert and spread evenly.
Let it cool until fully set.
