Shown here is the most reliable method of hydraulic brake bleeding, the 2 person method, to flush all the old brake fluid and contamination out of the system without allowing air into the lines.
1 person brake bleed tools have faults and failures that should not be overlooked.
Fact: Brake fluid is a Hydroscopic fluid and absorbs moisture from the atmosphere, eventually beads of water, even balls of water will form inside your lines and fluid reservoir. This will reduce the brake fluids ability to reduce heat and will lower the boiling point of the brake fluid which can lead to damaged brake components and even brake fade, but worse yet the water contaminated fluid can form ice crystals and cause brake fade or failure in sub zero temperatures.
If you live in a coastal region or in a normally moist climate... flush your brake fluid annually.
Hydraulic brake fluid of any grade is cheap, lives are not.
