Prior to a game versus the Chicago Blackhawks in January 2008, the Montreal Canadiens held a special pregame ceremony honoring several of the Hawks and Habs players that have competed against each other over the years. Among the players introduced were Eric Nesterenko, Al Secord, Steve Larmer, Denis Savard, Tony Esposito, Stan Mikita, Bobby Hull, Marcel Bonin, Murray Wilson, Vincent Damphousse, Yvan Cournoyer, Ken Dryden, Guy Lafleur and Henri Richard
