Man fined $101 for littering at protest in Montreal - Manif brutalité policière 8 mai 2014

Aujourd'hui avait lieu une deuxième manifestation contre la brutalité policière seulement en un mois à Montréal aux intersections Ste-Catherine et St-Urbain. De nombreux policiers du SPVM et du groupe d'intervention GI étaient présent et en standby dans les environs mais moins de 100 manifestants étaient au rendez-vous. Des banderoles anarchiques ont été déployées et des slogans haineux contre l'autorité ont été entendus. Deux personnes ont été arrêtées dont un homme qui a reçu une amende de 101$ pour avoir sali la place publique.

Today protesters gathered in the second rally against police brutality in only one month in Montreal at the corner of Ste-Catherine and St-Urbain. Many SPVM police officers and riot officers from the GI were deployed or standing by but less than 100 people attended. Anarchist signs were shown and hate chants were shouted by protesters. Two men were arrested one of which received a $101 fine for littering.
