Laila Atshan is a Palestinian therapist who works as Staff Counselor in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, currently based in Amman, Jordan.
Inspired by her abilities to touch people's hearts and help them heal, we followed Laila for 2 weeks capturing moments of her daily life. We watched as she crossed borders to meet with colleagues and friends, and witnessed how she connected with people in diverse communities anywhere she passed by.
On Monday, December 5, 2022. at 9 am, we are excited to present Laila's story. Her spirit inspires and pushes us in our commitment to do more and do better for our employees, making UNICEF a more diverse and inclusive workplace for all.
