Hi, welcome to another episode of Paulie's kitchen! In this episode, I show you how to make a super tasty and delicious apple chutney from scratch!

It is a simple recipe which incredible, this is a personal recipe that I want to share with you which was created around 10 years ago for a pop-up restaurant I ran, the chutney is really good and these days I make it as gifts for close friends and family.

For this easy apple chutney recipe, you will need the following ingredients

4 apples
200 grams of unrefined sugar
1/2 a red onion
50 grams of dried cranberries (you could use currents or raisins if you wanted to)
large pinch of salt
200 ml of apple cider vinegar
tablespoon of olive oil

That's it! That is all you need to make this delicious chutney!
