Its no secret that the Great Southern Region otherwise known as Menang Region is a popular hiking hotspot for Western Australians. From spectacular coastal walks to the only real mountainous terrain we have here in Western Australia, it is easy to see why Albany has become a hub for hikers. I go over my top 5 hikes in the great southern region which includes Stirling Range and Porongorup National Parks. Let me know which hikes are your favourite or if you agree/disagree with my list.
