Introducing the new Donkervoort P24 RS, the ultimate driver-focused supercar from the Dutch boutique manufacturer, designed to deliver an unfiltered and immersive driving experience that counters the trend toward over-electrification and driving-aids-heavy performance cars.
It embodies Donkervoort’s long-standing philosophy of extreme lightness, precision handling and direct feedback, with the company limiting production to 150 units and preparing deliveries to begin in April 2026.
The P24 RS retains the brand’s exposed-wheel design language and open-air connection between driver and machine, while advancing aerodynamic, structural and thermal engineering to new levels in the marque’s 48-year history.
The car’s technical specifications include an ultra-light 780 kg (dry) curb weight and an all-new 3.5-litre “Power To Choose” (PTC) turbo-charged V6 engine that produces up to 600 hp (441 kW) and 800 Nm of torque, with selectable power outputs of 400 hp, 500 hp and 600 hp to match driver preference, yielding a class-leading 770 hp/tonne power-to-weight ratio.
The engine features dry-sump lubrication, direct and indirect injection, 24 valves, 3D-printed exhaust manifolds and bespoke ball-bearing turbochargers for instantaneous throttle response.
Acceleration performance includes zero-to-200 km/h in 7.4 seconds and a top speed in excess of 300 km/h.
The car’s chassis integrates a hybrid alloy tubing and carbon-fibre Ex-Core structure with an industry-first Fort-Ex front subframe for crash safety and stiffness. Active suspension with adjustable ride height and double-wishbone front/multi-link rear geometry maximises mechanical grip, while AP Racing fixed-caliper brakes (with optional carbon-ceramic discs) and Nankang-developed tyres support high-performance braking and cornering.
Aerodynamic refinements include floor-generated downforce and an optional removable aero kit that adds up to 90 kg of balanced downforce at 250 km/h, complemented by innovative “swing-out” Aero Blade headlights for airflow optimization. Inside, the driver-centric cabin offers lightweight Recaro seating, a digital instrument cluster, and minimalist controls to keep focus on the driving task, with a removable Twin Targa carbon-fibre roof enhancing engagement.
The P24 RS is engineered without mandatory electronic driving aids, reinforcing Donkervoort’s ethos of driver control and engagement, and exemplifies the marque’s commitment to mechanical purity, bespoke engineering and lightweight performance in a highly exclusive supercar.
