Before Donkey Kong Bananza released, there was A LOT of talk about what child Pauline meant for the future of the Mario series timeline and while that originally had me rolling my eyes a little, I have to admit I was wrong about that: Donkey Kong Bananza is packed to the brim with timeline-relevant information, particularly about the Donkey Kong series, but also how it ties into the Mario franchise. Only problem is... it doesn't really hold up when you take a critical look at it...
