Fire Trucks & CHP Responding to a 2nd Alarm Apartment Fire in Carmichael CA

Sacramento Metro Fire District and Sacramento Fire Department responded to a 2nd Alarm Commercial Structure Fire at 5831 Fair Oaks Blvd on Tuesday, December 21st, 2021. Units were dispatched at around 1:12PM and Engine 109 reported a column of smoke showing. Hazmat 109 and Engine 110 arrived to a 2 story apartment complex with fire showing from the 2nd story of the middle units. Multiple pets and at least one person were reported as unaccounted for by residents. No injuries have been reported at this time and some pets were rescued from the fire.
