I Tried Thai Food in Australia! (This Dish Blew Me Away)

Today, we're eating at one of the best Thai restaurants in Sydney, Australia!

Welcome to Porkfat! We’ll meet up with Chef Jack, learn to cook a few of his signature Thai dishes, and then taste the food to find out why it’s some of Australia’s best Thai food!

Laap Moo (ลาบหมู) - Minced pork salad
Gaeng Phuket Goong (แกงภูเก็ตกุ้ง) - Phuket Curry with Mooloolaba Prawns
Gaeng Phanaeng Neua (แกงแพนงเนื้อ) - Phanaeng Curry Wagyu Brisket - one of the best Phanaeng curries I’ve ever had in my life!
Kaw Moo Yang (คอหมูย่าง) - Grilled Pork Jowl
Pla Sam Rot (ปลาสามรส) - Three Flavors Fried Fish
Goong Ob Woon Sen (กุ้งอบวุ้นเส้น) - Shrimp Baked Mung Bean Noodles
