Neon Tie dye with acrylic paint and leopard swirl tumbler tutorial

This leopard swirl, neon tie dye tumbler came out better than i expected! I think these bring colors are perfect for a spring or summer tumbler and the gold leaf addition was something i ended up loving! ... Of course i had to add my leopard swirl!
