The Day that Christians Forgot: The Sabbath - Rest for the Soul

𝟭𝟬 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗹
Feeling wrung out, rushing from one thing to the next, and somehow still feeling behind? 😮‍💨 The Bible actually saw this coming. Daniel said that in “the time of the end” people would be “running to and fro” (Daniel 12:4) — constant movement, constant information, but not much real rest.

What if God already built a weekly escape hatch for that? A day He blessed, He made holy, and He invited us into — the Sabbath. A whole 24 hours to stop proving yourself, stop earning, stop scrolling, and remember: God is Creator, God is Redeemer, and you are not saved by your workload. In this episode we look at the actual Sabbath of the Bible (the one God said “remember”), why Jesus still expected His followers to keep it, and why prophecy says it matters even more at the end of time.
