JAVIER MARISCAL PINTANDO GRAFFITI JUNTO A CORNBREAD THE LEGEND / PL. AYUNTAMIENTO / BARCELONA, 2022

El artista y diseñador gráfico Javier Mariscal pintando graffiti en Barcelona, en la Plaza de Sant Jaume, detrás de la Plaza del Ayuntamiento con un rotulador negro junto a Cornbread, el legendario escritor de graffiti de Filadelfia de los años 60. Mariscal vuelve así a sus inicios más rebeldes de cuando dibujaba en el Víbora, su etapa más radical y underground, antes de triunfar mundialmente con la mascota que diseñó para Barcelona '92 convirtiéndose en un icono de la Ciudad Condal.

Pueden apreciarse que transeuntes y curiosos se sorprenden de ver a un artista de su categoría dibujando a su personaje Cobi en plena calle con una actitud y postura antes nunca vista por Javier Mariscal, en esta nueva etápa punk-urbana, dónde parece iniciar una carrera en el arte urbano y el graffiti más corrosivo a plena luz del día.

The artist and graphic designer Javier Mariscal painting graffiti in Barcelona with a black marker next to Cornbread, the legendary Philadelphia graffiti writer of the 60's.
