In this video I give 3 simple tips on how to make your paintings work when using Photographs. These are: adjust your photo, think about how you are going to paint your photo using a central point of focus and interesting brushwork, and work from a distance photo. I use a tabby cat painting to help demonstrate and also show a time lapse video of how I painted it.
