In 1946 Alfred Beuerle purchased a small furniture restoration company in Lansing, Michigan. Soon it was transformed into Capitol Bedding, manufacturing hand-crafted mattresses and box springs.
This video details our history from those early days just after WWII, up to the modern factory we are in today in Grand Ledge, Michigan.
Many things have changed over the years, but one hasn't: we produce some of the finest hand-crafted mattresses and box springs found anywhere.
