620 g flour
85 ml warm milk
1 tbsp instant yeast
1 tbsp sugar
55 g melted butter
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp salt
for the filling:
handful of parsley, chopped
3 tbsp butter
5-6 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp milk and 1 egg for egg brush
350 for 20-25 minutes
