When Domika started over a year ago with one of the Red Hat subsystem teams she knew that they have a long journey ahead of them. Although her team felt like they “do” Agile, something was still missing to fully embracing “being” Agile. Her ultimate goal was to transfer both authority and accountability to the development teams and make sure that they are finishing what they say they’ll do.
