recipe:
Flour - 1 kg
Salt - 10gm. unsalted 25g
Sugar - 80 gm
Gluten - 20 gm
Improve - 10 gm
Yeast - 6 gm
Butter - 100 gm
Milk powder - 30 gm
Water - 480 gm
devide by 2 pieces each dough is approx 800
and use 1 dough.
for lamination use butter 200g
my suggestion is for you USE UNSALTED BUTTER
