How to smoke a pork butt
• Preheat your smoker to 275°F.
• Get the pork butt out of packaging and pat it dry with a paper towel.
• Get a spray bottle and fill it with apple juice.
• Spray the pork butt with apple juice.
• Season the entire pork butt with your BBQ rub of choice.
• Get the pork but on the grill.
• Let pork butt reach internal temp for 140°F-160°F
• Pull off the smoker and wrap it in foil or butcher paper.
• Put it back on the smoker or in your oven until the internal temperature hits 205°F.
• Let it rest for 1-2 hours.
• Shred the meat and enjoy!
